               The principal constituted the cleanliness and beautification committee of Williamnagar Government College on 8th March 2021.

The main objective of the committee is :

  1. To encourage the staff and the students to strive for a Clean and Green Campus.
  2. To create awareness about the need to protect the environment.
  3. To promote love for the surroundings of the College.

            The Institution is blessed with a sprawling and beautiful green campus for which it has been awarded the “District Green Champion certificate” by the Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (Swachhta Campus) in 2021. The committee takes initiatives to beautify the college campus and preserve its natural beauty by motivating the faculty and the students to maintain a clean and litter-free campus.
