Application forms will be issued after the declaration of Class XII results of the Meghalaya Board of School Education. These forms will be available at the College office.
Note: In compliance with strict protocols issued by the Education Department, Government of Meghalaya the admission process to various courses in government colleges/higher secondary schools in the State of Meghalaya, admission forms and prospectus are made available online. A blended option of online and offline submission of forms is being adopted - the collection of offline submission of forms shall be done in a staggered manner limiting the number of person up to a maximum of 200 per day during office hours. Refer to the Admission notice.
Forms are to be submitted on or before the notified date. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
After due processing, a list of accepted applicants will be notified and granted provisional admission subject to verification and authentication of their original documents as and when required.
The selected candidates will be advised to pay the prescribed admission fees before a notified date. Selected students can pay the fees using various online bank transfer/payment portals by RBI. (refer Prospectus for fees)

The Institution adopted an Online mode of Teaching-learning with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic in the year 2020. ICT tools such as Google classroom, Google Meet and WhatsApp were utilized in order to facilitate teaching-learning process for the students of the Institution. Thereafter, all the Departments of the Institution have continued with a blended-mode of teaching-learning throughout the Pandemic and after Lockdown was lifted. Thus, a blended-mode of teaching-learning is practiced in the Institution and has become as one of its Best Practice, enabling the students to acquire learning through classroom lectures and through ICT tools. At present, the Institution offers learning opportunity for students through online learning materials along with traditional-based classroom method of teaching and learning.
